Leadpipes - Downloading your list

Within Leadpipes, you are able to download/export your list to your computer to use at your own convenience.  

Downloading can be completed from 2 areas: FILTERS & MY LEADS

1. When Downloading from the 'FILTERS' button, click 'Download' at the bottom of the page

2. When Downloading from the 'MY. LEADS' button:

To Add leads to your 'MY LEADS' button, Select the leads from your Filtered List.

Once added to 'MY LEADS', click on 'MY LEADS', then, click on the ‘Download’ button

 

Once the 'Download' button is clicked, a pop up box will appear to prompt you to save or open the zip file which contains a .CSV Excel spreadsheet of your leads.

Please Note: Selecting 'Standard' will allow you to select the details you would like to be included in your Download

If your export is small, you may receive a download to your computer immediately. Larger exports will require time to process. For larger exports you will see the following prompt:

When your download is ready, you can find it in the 'EXPORTS' button at the top of the Lead Search Results page.

Open the downloaded zip file and select the attached spreadsheet to open the file.

You can now use this list of leads at your own convenience.

**How To Use This List Effectively With Direct Mail:
If you will be processing and sending direct mail pieces yourself to this list, run the list through a National Change of Address (NCOA) program to get the best results. This will find any persons in the list who have moved and will update their address to their new one that’s on file with the United States Postal Service. Sending to this list without processing it through a NCOA program could result in an above average return-to-sender rate.
