Seller Script

The Seller Script is a helpful set of questions designed to guide your conversations with potential sellers and give you a better understanding of their situation.

You can find the Seller Script inside your Property Files. To access it, open the Property File and click “Seller Script” from the left-hand navigation toolbar.

You can scroll down the screen to view and answer all of the questions. When you’re finished, click 'SAVE' at the bottom of the screen.

Note: Just above the 'SAVE' button, you’ll also have the option to create a Calendar Appointment.
