What is LeadTrace?
LeadTrace provides you with phone #’s and email addresses for potential leads
What info do I receive?
This will be delivered right in your account. You can find your list by clicking on the BELL icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you selected the results to create Contacts in your account, you will also find the phone #’s in the Contact file.
+ + Please Note: When you create the contacts, only 1 phone # will deposit into the Contact record. You will have access to the other phone #'s and email addresses in the Spreadsheet that you will find in the BELL Icon.
What is the estimated success rate?
Although we cannot make any guarantees on how successful each LeadTraced list will be below are the numbers that we have seen over the last several years. These numbers are based on 1000 LeadTraced #’s per month.
27% connection rate - this is actually speaking to the correct person
3% Interested To Sell (ITS) rate.
(30 ITS Leads per month) - this is someone that has expressed any interest in selling.
How many results can expect?
On average, you can expect to locate at least one phone number for close to 90% of your LeadTraced list
What is the cost?
.10/Contact. You will pay for the total number of contacts on your list. Any unsuccessful skip traced leads will be credited to your account for use on your next LeadTrace order
Numbers no longer in service
This will happen from time to time as phone numbers do change. The best thing to do is to move on to the next.
What is the maximum amount of leads I can LeadTrace?
No, there is not a maximum.
What is the minimum amount of leads I can LeadTrace?
No, there is not a minimum
How many numbers & email addresses will I receive per lead?
You will receive UP TO 7 phone #'s and UP TO 2 email addresses for each lead.
How do you find the phone numbers and email addresses?
A variety of public data is used to aggregate and append phone numbers and email address results
One of my leads has a Litigator Flag - what does this mean?
A litigator is a lawyer, especially one who specializes in civil cases.
We scrub all leads using a recognized Litigator List. If a lead is flagged, it means they have appeared on the Litigator List and are likely a litigator.
One of my leads has a DNC Flag - what does this mean?
We scrub all leads against the National Do Not Call Registry. If you see the DNC Flag, this phone number is registered on that list. Make sure you are very familiar with both state and federal laws about when it's okay to call, or not call, DNC numbers. Learn More
