How to Sort by Agent Listing Count in Leadpipes
Overview
The Agent Listing Count sort feature helps you identify the most active agents in your target market by showing how many active listings each agent currently represents. This is useful for building agent relationships, identifying high-volume listing agents, and understanding market activity patterns.
Prerequisites
To use the Agent Listing Count sort feature, you must first filter your results to show Active Listings only. This sort option is only available when viewing active listing properties.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Apply the Active Listing Filter
- Navigate to your Leadpipes search results
- In the filters panel, select Active Listing as your lead type
- Your results will now display only properties with active listings
Step 2: Locate Agent Information
Once you've filtered to Active Listings, each property card will display:
- A green Acting Insights bar at the bottom of the card
- The agent name associated with that listing
- A count indicator showing how many active listings that agent represents
Tip: Hover over the agent name to view detailed agent information, including:
- Full agent name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Office/brokerage affiliation
*The Count indicates agents with Active/Pending status listings.
Step 3: Sort by Agent Listing Count
- Click the "Sort by" dropdown at the top of your results
- Select Agent Listing Count from the options
- Choose your sort order:
- Ascending (↑): Shows agents with the fewest listings first
- Descending (↓): Shows agents with the most listings first (recommended for finding high-volume agents)
Step 4: Review Your Results
Your properties are now organized by agent activity level. Properties represented by agents with many listings will appear together, making it easy to:
- Target high-volume agents for relationship building
- Identify dominant brokerages in your market
- Spot opportunities to connect with active listing agents
Use Cases
Finding High-Volume Agents: Sort by descending count to identify the most active listing agents in your target area—ideal for building strategic partnerships.
Market Analysis: Understand which agents and brokerages dominate specific neighborhoods or property types.
Outreach Prioritization: Focus your agent outreach efforts on those who are actively listing properties in your investment criteria.
