How to Remove a Property from the Wholesale Marketplace

When a property is posted on the Wholesale Marketplace, it will be Active for 30 days. However, the Property can be Removed at any time.  

**It is important to note that if the Property sells within 30 days, please be sure to Remove the Property.

To Remove a posted Property, you will 1st need to initiate a Leadpipes search in the state the Property is posted. (ie. if the property is in Ohio, you will want to initiate your search anywhere in Ohio)

Click on the 'REMOVE MY DEAL' button, that's it!
