I already have a smrtPhone account, can I connect it to my CRM?

Absolutely! However, integrating smrtPhone with our CRM will automatically override your existing contacts on the smrtPhone side. 

IF your smrtPhone account is integrated with a third party CRM

We recommend the following steps:

1. Export contacts from your third-party CRM
2. Import into your CRM with us
3. Connect smrtPhone to our CRM so that all contacts are synced

IF their smrtPhone account is not integrated with another CRM
smrtPhone advises their users to import any contacts they have into the new CRM before connecting the new CRM to smrtPhone. However, if this is not ideal for your scenario you can follow these steps:

1.  Create a new account during the integration set-up with our CRM
2. Reach out to smrtPhone to merge your current smrtPhone account data with your new account before canceling it.
